Hi Joey,
it is only the username without domain as the domain will be identified
using the LDAP string which needs to be adjusted to your specific format:
LDAP:// CN=Users,DC=europe,DC=corp,DC=company,DC
=com
I assume you did not set this LDAP string correct.
