Hello,

Has anyone had experience with support of NetScreen/Juniper products? I am
thoroughly disgusted with SonicWall support and am wondering if NetScreen
appliances might be a better future hardware path for us.

I used the Netscreen 5XP and 50XP firewalls in my last job and they
are solid pieces of equipment. They are very easy to configure through
either a web interface or a traditional telnet CLI prompt.

With their ease of use and reliability IMO I would say that they are a
viable option if you are on a tight budget compared to more expensive
products.

Hi,

What sort of unresolved issues are you having with the sonicwall
(other than the dissatisfaction with their support) ?
