 I am seeing this new error when I open HAT

 The following error occurred while executing your query:
 'ActiveView.ColumnAxis' is null or not an object

 I did search and MS has KB article on the above error

 I went ahead and installed it, but still I see the error

 Any idea?
I amusing BTS2004 Dev Edition, W2K3

Try this:
regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web
Components\10\OWC10.DLL"
