After I updated the Windows 2000 workstations (with all
security updates available on windows update), we
encountered a problem with Biztalk tracking, when we try
opening a message it seems to be empty. This happens with
all workstations we upgraded. We run BizTalk 2002. How do
we work around this problem?

Hi,
did you solve this problem? I have the same on a newly installed Windows
2000 server.

I followed these steps, when I set the flag to "0" in Regedit
it started to work again.
