That error message indicates something to do with IIS
Are you running on Windows 2003, or Windows 2000?

I am trying to install Biztalk 2004. I have VS.NET on my box , SQL Server
and
IIS.
I too have one tow projects in ASP.NET. Every thing working . Biztalk
installation fails in HWSMessages
