I rarely have problem with Front Page but I am having a wierd problem on my
IIS 5.1 / WinXP Professional machine.

The website is hosted on the XP Pro machine with FP2002 extensions
installed. All of a sudden today, when viewing the web site from IE6, the
borders all show the body of the page instead of pulling the borders from
the _borders folder. I've uninstalled FP2002 extensions and did an XP repair
and nothing has changed.

It doesn't matter if I publish the site from my laptop from FP2000 or if I
copy the web to the server via explorer, or syncronize the site and the web
via ftp. The result is the same.

Take a look at my site if this is not clear. http://www.kingmuddfish.com/

What happens is that the top border that should have our band logo, banner
and navigation buttons shows the body of the main page sans pics and
anything else that relies on a link. If you click on a link in the top
border, you get the inaccesible page error because it puts a "/_borders" in
the path of each link, including the pictures. Same story for the left and
bottom border. If you click on the link from the middle right frame (the
real page) they work.

I spent 4 hours today trying to figure out what has happened and I am at a
total loss.

Any help anyone can suggest is much appreciated. I found nothing on the MS
or MSDN site that describes this problem.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!

There are some bugs in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pag
es
so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all appropriate patches from:

For info in Service Pack 1 & 2 for FP2002 / MSO XP - see:
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...scid=kb;[LN];Q325671

For the Host/Server running the FP2002 SE

For Unix server problems on the FP2002 SE see
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...b;en-us;Q299360
The latest FP SE for Unix that fix the problems
(FPSE 2000 1.4 patch and an FPSE 2002 SR 1.1 patch)
are at http://www.rtr.com/fpsupport
