Are you sure that both Commerce installations are Enterprise installs?
Sales reports are only available in Enterprise.

I have two identical installations of the same site on two diffrent
machines, one for testing and the other for production. I have noticed
that all "Sales" reports (e.g. Product Sales) are missing from
Business Desk > Analysis > Reports in the prodcution environment only.
Does anyone have a clue of what might be missing?
Thanks,
Alex
