We purchased a 200R for our network about 2 months ago, and I have completel
y run out of any ideas to get this to work correctly with our network. As mo
st know, or will find out, the "free" 90 days support from Symantec will onl
y answer the questions/problems which I have already figured out on my own,
but to get VPN specific answers(configuration) you have to subscribe to thei
r higher level of support(too much money in my opinion, for how much we paid
 for the appliance).

The 200R is attached to our cisco 675 DSL modem. We have no problem connecti
ng to the internet through the basic configuration, but for the life of me,
I can't get any traffic from the outside to the network(vpn clients, pcanywh
ere, etc). The only thing I can think of is that there is some thing I need t
o reconfigure on the DSL modem, but what???

Also, and this seems to be a known problem with Symantec, you cannot use AOL
for OS X from behind the 200R(their suggestion is to switch back to a Class
ic/non OS X version of AOL. This is not a primary concern, but we do have on
e workstation(OS X) that still monitors our original AOL email address that
we have had for years.

Any suggestions/solutions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks

Kelly
