I created an orchestration to receive a multipart message for the ORU^R01
transaction in Version 2.4.

The orchestration fails on the initial receive with the following message.
I am deleted the ORU_R01_24_GLO_DEF schema in the project and re-added it, I
have rebuilt the orchestration and still get the same error.

Error happened in body during parsing
Error # 1

Alternate Error Number: 301
Alternate Error Description: Schema
http://microsoft.com/HealthCare/HL7..._R01_24_GLO_DEF not found
Alternate Encoding System: HL7-BTA
