We use FPE to upload Visual Studio.NET 2003 web projects.
The server is W2K, with FPE 2002.

We recently deleted a web app from explorer which probably wasn't a good
idea.
Anyways, we told FPE "Check Server Extensions" and found no error.

Now I try to upload the project again, and get the error "The user name or
password you entered is incorrect, or you do not have authorization to
perform this operation".
But I do. I have full authoring and admin rights. I can also upload this
same project as a different named project.

Anyone familiar with this?
