I am receiving the mesage

"Resolution Object Model error '80041bcf'

Unknown template name. This site does not contain a template named
'corporate_content_print_friendly.htm'.

/common/includes/AGLNew/inc_Nav.asp, line 712"

I do have a template named corporate_content_print_friendly.htm and it
is available when I am logged.

This is also occurs to another print template named
"ESM_content_print_friendly.htm"

can anyone give me some pointers

regards

trent

Hi Trent,

please download filemon from www.sysinternals.com and set an include filter
to you file.
This tool will monitor all file access and show you if
- the file searched at a different location
- an error occurs accessing the file (e.g. access denied).

Cheers,
Stefan.
