I have a Windows 2000 running IBM Websphere MQ (5.3).
This system works fine.
We have another Server With BizTalk 2004 and I tried to use the Microsoft
MQSeries Adapter for Biztalk 2004. So I installed this on the BizTalk Server
and the COM+ component on the Websphere MQ machine (Win2000).
After trying to read something from the IBM MQ my eventlog on the Windows
2000 (The one with Websphere MQ) shows an error in the event viewer:

Event ID: 10002
Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is:
{E31F99D0-4521-4A65-A0FE-EA410890BF23}
The user is test/testSVR, SID=S-1-5-21-1482476501-688789844-1202660629-1003.

The user test has now administrative privileges, but still this error remain
s.
Any help?

Hello,

Have you tried to use the same user for both MQ services? Is the user admin
on both servers?

With BizTalk 2002 I remember that I used to local users with the same user
names and passwords when I got it to work. I guess I could have used a
common domain user as well.

Best regards
Niklas E

We have created an domain account. One for each MSQAgent (dcomclient,
dcomserver) a domain account for Biztalk and a domain account for MQSeries.
We have now set almost the users to the local groups.
It seems now that the DCOM's on each side do communicate correctly.
Now I get another strange error message on the MQSeries server:

Error encountered as BizTalk attempts to send a message to MQSeries,
description = Error encountered on opening Queue Manager name = QM_test
Reason code = 2195. hresult = 0XC0C11007. This error will also be reported o
n
the BizTalk server.

Any Ideas??

Hi Nicato,

We are getting the exact same error and have had no joy thus far resolving
it. Did you get anywhere with this?

No, we haven't resolved it.
The only thing I can tell, is that if everything is on one machine, it works
great.
However, I think that the MQSeries Adapter is anyway no choice for us, since
you need a WebSphere MQ running on Windows, and this requirement is in my
opinion absolutely inacceptable.
But if the adapter runs, I would like to test it.

Hi Guys,

I have this error with Event ID: 264 reported on the MQSeries on Windows
Machine

Error encountered as BizTalk attempts to retrive a message from MQSeries,
description = Error encountered on opening Queue Manager name = XXXXXX_QM
Reason code = 2195. hresult = 0XC0C11007. This error will also be reported o
n
the BizTalk server.

I have a seperate machine with BizTalk Server and it reports a seperate
event id : 5740

The adapter "WebSphereMQ" raised an error message. Details "Exception from
HRESULT: 0xC0C11007.".

The machines are not on domain. But i have assigned the users rights
correctly. Nothing seems ot resolve. Has anyone got answers.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I'm also getting the same message.
Warning:
The adapter "MQ" raised an error message. Details "Exception from HRESULT:
0xC0C1100C.".
Error:
Error encountered as BizTalk attempts to retrive a message from MQSeries,
description = Error encountered on Queue.Get Queue name =
QM_anglo203386/default Reason code = 2354. hresult = 0XC0C1100C. This error
will also be reported on the BizTalk server.

I'm testing against a locally installed MQ 5.3. I have BTS 04 Sp1 running on
XP Sp2. The MQSAgent COm+ package is running under the correct id. I never
had this problem until I ran Sp1 for BTS and Sp2 for Xp. I'm wondering could
it be somethgin to do with the DTC not having permissions with XP Sp2?

I'd appreciate any help..

OK MQ adapter is working locally again.
http://blogs.msdn.com/florinlazar/a.../18/159127.aspx
I had to change DTC settings in Component services to get this to work. Read
the article.
