Do you place the Rand-Hop comand after the Latent-Time command or before whe
n sending email to mail2news gateways with your mail program. Also is there 
a command to get rid of the hotmail, yahoo etc...signature at the bottom of 
the post?

Place them in any order you like! Of course, if you just add a random
hop yourself you will be more secure (you will have control over the
public key you encrypt to).

Try the Cutmarks directive.. End your post with #$% and add a 'Cutmarks:
#$%' directive. Note that you only have to do this at the hop at which
the signature shows up.
