I just setup a webserver using IIS 5.0 on W2k SP4 to test SSL. I deployed th
e
SSL succesfully, but when I try to browse the site from IE I get a Security
Alert popup which states:

"The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to
trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the
certifying authority."

I tried to add the server certificate to the list of trusted root CAs, but
it didn't work. Is there a way to kill this annoying popup?

Hi,

Install CA server certificate on the client... You can get it on CA server.
Open Web Interface and go to Download a CA certificate, certificate chain or
CRL. Here click on Download CA certificate. Save the file and transfer it on
the client. Double click on it and follow the wizard. Default values should
be OK.

Once you install it, all the certificates issued on this CA will be trusted.
