Hi, 

       I am using commerce server 2002. When I want to remove all content in
 
“publish campaign” window and create a new “maketing and discount campaign”,
 I am not able to publish my discounts : I have nothing in  “publish campaig
n”. I must wait to have something displayed => is this natural? if 
yes, is it possible to modify this delay ?

When I rebuild my site everything updates pretty well! 
How can I update without rebuilding my site?

        I also have a problem when I wish to publish a discount : the date i
n “last published” column located in “publish campaign” window isn’t updated
. Is this a problem occurring while updating information or is this related 
to a problem of date displaying ?
