I am having trouble creating/publishing a website on my intranet.  I have
created the website on the server and all seems to be ok with FPSE.

When trying to create the web using FP 2000 or FP 2002 from 2 different
systems, The "Create New Web" dialog briefly pops up then I receive an error
message:

"Server error: Error 2 opening registry key Software/microsoft/shared
tools/web server extensions/ports/port 80"

I followed directions in KB article
"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;264922" to no avail
.

Server is W2kAS with SP4 and ALL current critical updates etc. Running IIS 5
and FPSE 2000.

I have also repaired my FrontPage 2002 installation.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
