I followed Microsoft KB instructions and run the next utility succesfully:

owsadm.exe -o install -u Administrator - sp publish

I can see _vti_bin and others folders in IIS Manager.

Howerever attempt running Default Web Site, All Tasks, Check Server
Extensions 2002 displays "You are not authorized to view this page", so do
others administrative tools.

How can I fix that?
