Hello,
I have a Windows 2003 FTP server . I canīt rename files after that upload
files. I get this error: "cannot rename a file with an existing filename"

I read the KB 309634, but its donīt works to windows 2003. Iīve tried apply
the fix from KB 238644 and donīt work. Is it a bug without fix ?

Anybody help me ?

No ideas, but did you restart iis admin service after you make the changes ?

double check the KB309634 config again.
