2) Do I need one for UB-92 and one for HCFA-1500 or just one?
3) How much is Microsoft (unlimited) tech support?
4) How much are the annual upgrades/Maintenance release(s) of BT & HIPAA
accelerators?
5) Does BT require VS.NET, if so, cost?

I would like to get as many responces as possible (to make sure I'm getting
