My customer is having a strange problem on their server (Windows 2003,
MCMS 2002 SP1a) that I could not reproduce on my development server:

1. On Site Manager, go to the Resource Galleries.
2. Right-click copy one of the galleries, say it's called "OrigName".
3. Right-click paste.
4. Rename the copy, say to "SomethingElse".
5. Press return, or click refresh, etc to make sure the change
occurred.
6. Close Site Manager.
7. When they open Site Manager again, it shows that the resource
gallery copy is still called "OrigName", instead of "SomethingElse",
so that there are two galleries named "OrigName".

The user is in the administrator group.

The only way I could get this to happen on my server is by skipping
step 5.

Any ideas?

please open a support case to get this analyzed.
We would need to do more research to get this figured out.
