Win2k
IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26
WEbsphere plugin for IHS 4.0.1E
Plugin-cfg.xml file contains pointers to the appropriate keyfile and
stashfile.

IHS will NOT start when the https transports are enabled in the plugin
config. The above error appears to be the root of all the evil. I have
changed this password multiple times, stashed it and re-stashed it to no
avail.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the hint. I works for me. But i wonder that at every documentatio
n of IBM regarding virtualhost, they mentioned (in bold) to use the fully qu
alified names, and never mentioned to use *.

Should I blame(again) to IBM or I am missing something?

Regards
Sandeep Jindal.

Sandeep,

IBM HTTP Server is based on Apache and as such follows Apache configuration
directives. IBM infocenters have link to Apache documentation.

Apache documentation using a fully qualified name/IP address but also states
that there are other alternatives that will work.
