I've solved the problem in this way:In IIS Manager, configure all the web
extension services available.Though I've troubleshooted the error before I
noticed the article you posted , I still want to share it, for i think the
problem might be quite easy itself but puzzling for freshperson like me .
For I use BTS to develop only based on my computer, one of my colleague told
me i should also configure the application pool identifier from web service
to local system. what dose this configuration contribute? May you or anyone
else told me why? Thank you .
