Hi guys,

We have different environments for Authoring and Production (all MCMS 2002,
Win 2003, SQL 2000), and we are going to have about 25 MCMS web sites.
Which is the best way to have access from one workstation to both
environments?
If the Production has www.mysite1.org - how could I access the Authoring
server with http://mysite1?

Thanks in advance

Hi Angus

I downloaded and installed the ISAPI_Rewrite Lite

The home page could be accessed well.
But I still have problems with the links to channels and postings
The ISAPI doesn't do the redirection for them
I found the KB Article 824597 on the same issue
Do I need to install the hotfix for this?
And how to get it?
Note: I use MCMS 2002 SP1a

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

yes you need to install this fix.
This is also outlined in the following article:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...>
MCMS+2002+-+(complete)+FAQ.htm#477EA7E7-CA78-456B-BC4D-B3E3AE832ABE

Cheers,
Stefan.
