We host our web site and have almost 100 faculty members who publish their
web pages on the server. Currently they access their folders via file share
permission and work on their pages locally. Frontpage Server extensions 2002
installed and it runs on windows 2003 server (iis 6).
Some of the faculty are having access problems on their shared folders
although they have full access. All ntfs share and security permissions are
ok.
Sometimes if I recreate the folder and give the permissions again it fixes
the problem, but not for all of them.
Do I have to give permission through Server Extensions? I don't want to
create so many sub webs on the server. Also they should not have write acces
s
to others' folders.
Thanks for help
