Anyone have this problem or a solution?

I clean installed FC3 and I don't seem to see any logwatch reports.

Although 00-logwatch is in cron.daily there is no joy.   I ran logwatch
from the console and still no joy.   FC 2 just produced the logwatch
reports no problem.

I googled but I didn't see anything close to this problem.
