I have a document going through my orchestration design, and I want to trap
error -2147467259, Transaction was deadlocked and this document was chosen
as the victim, I want to keep retrying the same document until I do not
receive that error.  I am not sure how I would be able to use the While
shape to accomplish this?  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
