up2date --configure  then after it is done you are on your own!!
..  Readme's and Google as well!

I'm curious as to why you have gone "that far back" in your choice of
distro?

Fedora Core 3 costs nothing to download and install, and has a great
many advantages over an older version of Red Hat like 7.3.
