My new server is on Extension FrontPage 2003, what is the problem for all
client Frontpage 97 or 2000.

There are no FrontPage 2003 extensions.
FrontPage 2002 extensions on a Windows server can be used by any version of
FrontPage, but FP2002 extensions on a Unix server are not compatible with
FP98, and probably not with FP97.
