Adverts not appearing in the BizDesk

Hi,
Has anyone encountered the problem of Campaigns and Adverts not appearing in
the bizdesk? We only have one customer set up, when I first go into the
bizdesk and into the customer, only three campaigns first appear (we have a
dozen). To get the rest of the campaigns to appear, I have to go into one
of the three (appearing) campaigns, and into an advert, and then go back
out. Then the screen refreshes, and all of the campaigns appear. Not a big
issue, but an annoying one! The bad part is that most of these (hidden)
campaigns show that they do not contain any ads, when we know that they do,
and when we look into the db, the ads definatly exist. And if we try to
make another advert with the same name, we get the error about duplicate
identifiers - so the BizDesk knows that there are ads there, but chooses not
to show them!

Thanks,
Lance

Is the "dt_archived" column in the DB Null? If not, the BizDesk thinks the
campaign is deleted. You can search for deleted items in the BizDesk and
"undelete" them. Same goes for Campaign Items.

Hi David:

We had the same issue, and were able to get them back as described in your
response. My question is this:

What causes the capaign item to become archived in the first place? In
looking at the dates of out items, they have expiration dates well past the
date that appears in the archive column.

Any information you can supply on this issue would be appreciated.

Q) What causes the capaign item to become archived in the first place

A) You "delete" them from the BizDesk UI. They aren't truly deleted, you
can "undelete" them until such time as they are purged from the database.
If I remember correctly there are stored procedures for purging but no API
or UI/Tool.
