I am having trouble installing Application Server 2000 SP2 onto a
Windows 2003 Standard Edition Server.

I keep getting a message saying that says ASP is not enabled, but if i
go into the settings, asp is enabled. The site is entirely ASP and is
perfectly functional.

I have tried running the install as local admin, as myself, remotely,
at the console, and every other way I can imagine.

Below are the lines from the error log. Please help!

Thanks,
Mike D.
