Hi,

I am unable to get the document name from
MSBTS_ServiceInstanceSuspendedEvent. I was able to get all the
properties like the errorId ,errorDescription and other stuff.

I need the DocumentName and Destination....

Is there any way by which I can get these values from the WMI Events ?
Or Are there amy better ways ??

In 2002 the GetSuspendedQueueItemDetails gives all the required values
??? Is there any replacement for that function in 2004 ?

Or are there better ways ??
Any help in this is highly appreciated .....
