I have problem with DLLHOST.EXE each day.

How can I kill old dllhost process automatically ?

Set your "Scheduled Tasks" to run your IISreset.exe that you will find:

C:\WINNT\system32\iisreset.exe

You may want to run this program a couple of times a day so set your
"Scheduled Tasks" to different times through out the day to run and this
will fix your short term problem until you figure out which threads are not
being released.  Each time this program runs it releases all of the threads
and as soon as it restarts the IIS server any connection that were there
should easily reconnect to the server.  Reconnect time may very but I'd say
about 40 to 60 seconds, it may even take as long as 90 seconds, depending on
your setup.

This is certainly a Windows 2000 Server problem.

Could be a virus.  Are you running antivirus with the latest updates for
this week installed?  www.grisoft.com is free antivirus.  You can also run a
one-time scan to see if you are currently infected at
http://housecall.antivirus.com [though this offers no protection against
future re-infection]
