Do you have another instance of WAS installed on the box?
I was able to install RAD with WAS6.0 at one point, but tried again
recently. It falied
similar to yours, and the only difference I could think of was I now have an
instance of WAS5.1 external
installed.
Just a thought, not a solution though.
