We are planning on putting an IIS6 server in our DMZ. It will have a
Verisign SSL certifcate installed. We currently use a Windows 2003 Radius
server for our VPN and Auditing Services. My boss thinks we will need to
install a certificate on both the IIS server and the Radius Server. Would w
e
need to install certificates on both servers, or just the Public IIS server.

The web server will need to access a SQL server which will be inside our
private network. The Radius server is also inside our private network

You only need a certificate for Radius if you want to secure Radius
(quite honestly I don't know if you can or what port that would be on)
The SSL cert is for port 443 (https) connects. You don't need a cert
for Radius if it doesn't leave your private network.
