I am told I need a document validation statement before the <html> tag, for
example
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<head>

can anyone help me on this one, Ive not done this before. I am using
FrontPage2003
