Anyone know if theres a limit when sending to a DL? We have users that want
to send a newsletter announcement with file attachements to everyone in the
company (Over 5100 users) all thru a DL. This seems to really slow down perf
ormance while this message
is being processed to everyones mailbox, and opening it is slow in outlook.

Is there a better way to address this issue (i.e. listserver) to eliviate th
e performance hit?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

-Jim

All Users DL members = 5 to 10 DLs not 5100 members

If you have multiple servers then set the DLs to expand only on the server
with those mailboxes.

Hope that helps,
