Is there another version of ACT other than VS.Net?  I'm looking specifically
for the ability to run multiple-test clients, and in the ACT VS.Net docs, it
says it is not available in this edition.  That leads me to believe that
AppCenter has the full version, but I can't find it referenced anywhere.

No the only version comes with VS.net enterprise edition.  There is no
version that comes with Application Center.
