Hi,  I have IIS5 running on Win2000 Advanced Server.  SP4 and all patches ap
plied.

IIS crashes several times a day.  In System log I get a lot of W3SVC event 3
7 (Out of process application '/LM/W3SVC/1466/Root' terminated unexpectedly)
, and W3SVC event 28 (The server stop serving requests for application '/LM/
W3SVC/922/Root' because the number of Out of Process component crashes excee
d a limit.), and W3SVC event 36 (The server failed to load application '/LM/
W3SVC/688/Root'.  The error was 'Ran out of memory')

DLLHost.exe memory usage grows very large, I don't know if this is normal.

I installed IISState and when I attach it to DLLHost.exe IIS crashes immedia
tely.  The log file is attached.

I ran hardware tests that were fine.  I don't know whether it could be IIS, 
the OS, or what to do next.  Any advice is appreciated.
