If we expose our orch as a web service, can that web service be moved to
another box without installing any BT04 components? Would like to move the
web service to dmz to allow partners to call in. ANy info would be
appreciated.

You can move it - but BizTalk has to be installed and configured on the
machine you move it to. Another option is to leave that webservice on teh
BizTalk machine, put a "forwarding" webservice which mimics the WSDL of the
biztalk web service on the machine in the DMZ and write .NET code in the
"forwarding" webservice to call the BizTalk webservice.
