We have a couple Win 2000 servers and an exchange 2000 server One of
the win2000 servers is running brightstor backup for windows and
Exchange agent.  We backup a directory on each of the windows 2000
servers plus the exchange server. THe backup is to a dat tape drive,
and fits on one 20GB tape, sometimes to two tapes. Everything works
fine, and has for some time.  Recently though if the backup goes to two
tapes, we have problems.  The backup reports that it is completed, but
if you look a the log it reports the error message:

Verify with CRC Backup(s)
W3823
Unable to find media {Media=Monday, IDXXX...}

What we experience is that the backup ejects the first tape, a dialog
box asks for the second tape, we put it in the second tape, then the
backup reports finished.  We get no dialog box asking for the first
tape again, which is what would be expected during the CRC verification
of the backup.

Any ideas?
