ADDENDUM: Per info from Matt Milner we took out the piece that was blocking
us. We could then contact the web service via VS.NET and get a return, and
the BTS orchestration was invoked because we got Event Log errors.

Bottom line: the result is the infernal "Could not find matching
subscription for this message."

WHY ARE SUCH SIMPLE THINGS SO HARD IN BIZTALK??? We really need to deploy
orchestrations as web services, this is central to our plans. PLEASE,
someone, tell us how to do the elementary steps of calling the web service i
n
the manner that is expected ...
