I am trying to get resolution profile, but it is giving error "One or more
errors occurred during processing of command. "

If any one knows solution of this, please let me know.

Try running the trace tool installed with commerce server (CSDWDBGSrv.exe)
to get more information about what is failing.  From that message, I can't
tell what the problem is.
