Hi,

I added a new network card, and my sarge renames my old card in eth1.
I'm using a kernel-2.6.8.

Both are modules, so I added in /etc/modules.conf
alias eth0 8139too
alias eth1 ne2k-pci

and make an 'upgrade-modules'
It didn't change.

I try to boot with a kernel parameter 'hotplug=0', nothing ...

What can I do ?

Thanks.
