I've just checked the services ENTSSO depends on:

COM+ System Application             Loaded but not running
COM+ Event System                     Running
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)       Running
MSSQLSERVER                           Running
WMI Driver Extensions                  Not existing

So the problem seems to be the WMI Driver Extensions service.
Can you tell me the service name used in the registry?
Where can I get this service? How to install it?

BTW, the WMI base service exists and is started automatically.
