We're transitioning to new template designs from existing
templates. What's the best way to do this without
impacting existing postings too much? That is, we want
the postings to still show, but with the new logos and
color schemes.

Thanks.

if you replace the template file, the changes will show. that's it.

Hi,

change the look and feel for the existing templates on a development
machine.
When you are done copy the new ASPX and ASCX file to the production machine.

Or create new ASPX/ASCX files for the template with the new look and feel
and adjust the template file property when you are done with development.

Cheers,
Stefan.
