We are running CA brighstor R11.1 on a Windows 2003 server. Apart from the
Exchange IS backup we are also running brick level backups.

Ideally we would like to do a full brick level backup once a week and
incremental brick level backups during the rest of the week.

However the brick level backups are alway FULL and ignore the INCREMENTAL
setting configured in the Exchange Agent.

Ordinary file backups are OK with FULL backups once a week and INCREMENTAL
the rest of the time.

This is very annoying and I can't work out how to fix it.

Has anyone got any ideas please?
