I found an EMC specific mailing list / group on yahoo groups.
It deals with EMC software and hardware only.

That list is a low volume list, and could certainly use expertise which I
have seen on this newsgroup.

The description of the group says :  The purpose of this group is to fill
the void in the mailing list universe regarding questions/issues/help on EMC
Hardware and Software.
