I had RedHat Fedora V3 installed and running on a logical drive partition.

I installed XP-pro the other day on the primary drive partition.

Now the only thing that boots is XP pro.

How do I get the machine to load grub so I can select which OS to boot ?

Thanks

Jim, you can try using the Fedora CD #1 and boot from it. Select upgrade
instead of install. It may just reload Grub as one
of the steps or at least give you the option of installing Grub.

I got it working again.

Spent a couple hours searching the web, it seems I'm not the only one that's
 had this problem,
yet all the sites I visited only dealt with installing windows first, then g
rub and linux, unfortunately
it doesn't always happen that way.

I ended up re-installed GRUB from scratch and edited the grub.conf file manu
ally.
GRUB's doc's leave a bit to be desired.
