I have a SAP system generating IDocs via ALE and an RFC Destination. I want
to configure the SAP adapter (v2) to receive the IDoc but I am not sure
exactly what to configure on the SAP system for this to work!

The receive adapter asks for a program name. Is there a standard program to
execute or do I have to create one?
