Hi

i have set up a vpn between my home and my business pc, i want to be able to
work from home,  i can connect with no problems, but i cannot see anything
at all on my work pc when i have connected.

I have shared the folders i want to work with on the work pc, but i cannot
see them when i have connected.

I have tried all i can think of, have i missed something?

Have you tried mapping a drive?

The problem is that you don't have DNS setup or WINS service setup at either
 site...

To resolve

Install either DNS or WINS and on your VPN server point them to DNS and WINS
 server, that will resolve your problem

I have DNS set up properly on all machines. but still cannot see shared reso
urces -or- the server machine.
